Our genuine, full grain cowhide leather is made using high quality cowhides and is processed with a specialized formulation of hot stuffed fat liquors for a waxy surface feel. The leather style is crazy horse oil tan/chrome tannage, making it heat resistant, durable, and supple. It has a thickness of 1.8mm-2.0mm and weighs 5-6 oz.

Crazy horse leather is known for its special scratches, which actually become brighter over time. It is highly popular for leather craft projects such as belts, bags, handmade items, journal writing notebooks, and more.
